Run Business Objects:
- After the install, log onto Business Objects Desktop Intelligence
- "Start" -> "Programs" -> "Business Objects XI 3.1" -> "Desktop Intelligence"
- The system/server is businessobjects.wsu.edu
- Change the login to be "Windows AD"
- Log in with your "NID" and "NID" password.
Get an error you cannot connect?
If you cannot connect, it may due to local firewall rules. Your department may have a firewall blocking outbound traffic. Your system administrator may need to open this TCP traffic.- IP address : 134.121.140.19
- Port Range : 6400 - 6410 and 56400, 56420, 80, 443
- The reply ports will be the typical range of 1024-65535
