The following documents are available for downloading, viewing or printing:
- Snapshot Report
- This html report is automatically generated from the warehouse each time the warehouse is loaded. It shows the snapshots of data that are available for each academic term. Snapshots that are scheduled to be purged are indicated in red, italics.
- Universe Documentation
- This PDF file provides detailed descriptions of every class and object in the warehouse. This is the same information that is available online within BusinessObjects as you click on each class or object. Note: This is a rather large document.
- Quick Reference
- This PDF file supplements the Universe Documentation by providing some general tips and techniques as well as tips and techniques for using each class. It also provides answers to some frequently asked questions.
- Training Presentation
- This PowerPoint file is the presentation used for training new users of the warehouse. Check the HRS Instructor Led Training Schedule for dates and times of the training.
