A : The University negotiated pricing based on total pooled minutes, therefore current Sprint customers will be required to move to a currently marketed Business Plan.
Q : How do I know which plan is best for my Department Account?
A : ITS Communications and Network Services can do a rate analysis to help determine the most advantageous plan. You can contact CNS Work Order Management at 335-2378 or by email at workorder@wsu.edu.
Q : If I am a WSU employee who wants to inquire about a personal Sprint plan how can I determine which plan is right for me?
A : Go to the CNS web site and click on the link "Sprint-Nextel Services" to the Employee EVP Program: http://infotech.wsu.edu/communications/
Q : Do I get a discount on equipment?
A : Yes, as part of the WSU Wireless agreement with Sprint the Employee EVP Program provides discounts on devices when purchased with a plan. Employees receive a 15% discount on their monthly rates
Q : What if I'm already a Sprint Wireless Subscriber and want to receive discounts offered to WSU employees?
A : Existing Sprint-Nextel subscribers may submit to add their discount online or over the phone. (Your existing account must be greater than 90 days old to be eligible to receive your discount through EVP) Go to the EVP Program website I have an existing account . On the Upgrade Your Phones page click on the "Add Discount" Button.
Q : Should I purchase insurance for my Sprint phone?
A : Any phone purchased from Sprint comes with a one year Manufacturer's Warranty to cover manufacturer defects. Insurance will cover damage or loss.
Q : Are there any shipping charges when I place an order?
A : Standard delivery (3-7 business days) is free.
