Corporate Transfer Options:

1. Terminate your WSU-Owned Cellular Service

Customers that wish to terminate their existing WSU/Sprint cellular telephone or data service will need to:

1. Fill out a request to terminate service using the Network & Security Services (NSS) online service request forms at: https://infotech.wsu.edu/communications/forms/requestforms.asp/.

2. Transfer Your WSU-Owned Cellular Service to Sprint/Nextel (Individual Liable Account)

Customers that wish to transfer their existing WSU/Sprint cellular telephone or data service to a personally-owned cell plan with Sprint/Nextel will need to:

1. Fill out a request to terminate service using the Network & Security Services online service request forms at: https://infotech.wsu.edu/communications/forms/requestforms.asp/.

Select the Sprint-Terminate Service form and indicate on the form a desire to transfer to EVP.

2. Once NSS receives the request to terminate service they will provide you with a Transfer of Liability form and instructions to complete your transfer.

3. Please contact NSS when the transfer has been completed.

3. Transfer Your WSU-Owned Cellular Service to Alternate Provider (AT&T, Inland, etc.)

Customers that wish to transfer their existing WSU/Sprint cellular telephone or data service to a personally-owned cell plan with an alternate provider will need to:

1. Fill out a request to terminate service using the Network & Security Services online service request forms at: https://infotech.wsu.edu/communications/forms/requestforms.asp/.

Select the Sprint-Terminate Service form and indicate on the form a desire to transfer to an alternate provider and who that provider is.

2. The employee coordinates the transfer with the alternate provider.

Note: The alternate provider should require the WSU account information in order to complete the transfer. Please contact Shona Sorensen for the account information.

 

4. Transfer Your WSU-Owned Cellular Service to a Corporate Liable Account

 

Customers wanting to transfer their existing WSU/Sprint cellular telephone or data service to a Corporate Liable Account. Corporate Liable Accounts are billed directly to the department.

1. Decide on the corporate plan(s) you wish to transfer to. For plan options and pricing call our WSU Sprint Representative below.

2. Once you have decided on the corporate plan(s) you wish to transfer to please contact NSS to coordinate the transfer with Sprint and discontinue your service through WSU.
