ITS Connect

Android

Note: Many wireless carriers (i.e. ATT, Sprint, Verizon, etc…) and phone manufactures (i.e. HTC, Motorola, etc…) modify or replace the default Email, Calendar and Contacts applications that come with Android OS. ITS does not support all of the various e-mail, calendar and contact applications for all of the various carriers and phone manufacturers. We have verified that our service works with the stock Android Email, Calendar and Contacts applications from ver. 2.2.x – 2.3.4 and 3.0.x. If your version of email, calendar or contacts does not work we recommend you contact your wireless carrier or phone manufacturer for support or device updates. There is commercial ActiveSync software available in the Android Market called Touchdown by NitroDesk that works well with our service if your wireless carrier or phone manufacturer is unable to resolve your issue.
