Problem with Outlook Web Access and re-authentication when trying to update folders using IE 6.0.2
Some people using Internet Explorer 6 and Outlook Web Access to get to http://connect.wsu.edu find they are asked to re-authenticate multiple times as they update items and moved between folders. This may fix this problem.
1.Open IE 6.0.2 and go to the “Tools” menu and select “Internet Options”
2.Select the “Privacy” tab
3. Click on the button the says “Sites”
4. In the field that says “Address of Web site” type “http://connect.wsu.edu” (without quotes) and hit the “Allow” button (if connect.wsu.edu changes to wsu.edu this is ok)
5.This should add “wsu.edu” to the list of Managed Web sites. Click the “OK” button to close this window and click the “OK” button on the Internet Options window to close that window. You may want to close the browser and restart it to make sure the changes took place
