Managing Spam
Accessing the Quarantine:
You do not have to log in to your Quarantine to manage your spam. If all of the messages in your
End User Digest" are spam, simply leave them alone and Proofpoint will automatically delete them in 14 days.
You will only see new spam messages in your End User Digest. It is when you want to view all the messages in your Quarantine that you need to use the "Manage My Account" option
If you do not see the option in your "End User Digest" to manage your account, please do the following:
Select the link "Request Safe/Blocked Senders List" from your End User Digest. This will send you a new email message that will now have the option "Manage My Account"
Access your daily quarantine by selecting "Manage My Account" in the Spam Quarantine Digest:
The Quarantine
- Displays messages listed in your personal Quarantine since your last End User Digest.
- These will be deleted after 7 days.
- Release
Deliver selected messages to your inbox. - Safelist
Deliver selected messages to your inbox and add the sender to your Safe Senders List, ensuring mail from that sender is not blocked in the future. - Not Spam
Reports selected messages are not spam. - Delete
Deletes selected message(s)
Profile Settings:
Send Digest: Only when there are messages, or when it's empty too- Preferred Language: Pick a preferance
- Spam Detection: Opt out (when available) means NO Spam filtering (not recommended)

Profile Account:
Filtered Email Addresses : Your filtered email aliases.
