Goals
Each of these Information Technology Services goals is pursued in the spirit of collaboration and innovation and in support of WSU's strategic objectives.
- Keep the customer and customer needs first and foremost in all situations.
- Develop and manage a robust technology infrastructure to keep pace with the growing information requirements of WSU in a dynamic technology and educational environment.
- Develop, support and operate systems and provide services that meet or exceed customer expectations for reliability, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, availability, and accessibility.
- Advocate for information technology and provide guidance to the university in investigation, acquisition, and application of technologies as appropriate to meet WSU's needs.
