Notes:
- New telephone instruments are returnable for a full refund within 30 days of installation
- Time is billed at the current Technician Services rate wtiha 15 minute minimum
- Technician time worked outside normal business hours, (8am-5pm, M-F, excluding holidays) will include applicable premium hourly rates (overtime)
- There will be a charge for all Techincian Services (total time spent by all involved technicians) when troubleshooting customer equipment and the problem is a customer issue. Technician time worked outside normal business hours will include applicable premium hourly rates (overtime)
- ITS is absorbing costs on research connections to National Lambda Rail; connections must be approved in advance
- Administrative Service Charge (ASC) may be applicable
- All special forms are the responsibility of customer department
