AntiVirus

Computer viruses, trojans, worms, etc. constitute a major
threat to the integrity and performance of computing operations,
and availability of the WSU network infrastructure. In order to
promote a secure computing environment, all computing platforms
must have AntiVirus software installed and up to date.

Please see the University AntiVirus Policy for more information.

WSU provides Symantec AntiVirus (SAV) software to all faculty, staff
and students and maintains up to date virus definitions for your protection.

SAV for Students can be downloaded from Student Computing Services.

SAV for Faculty and Staff is made available through your Systems Administrator. If you do not have a Systems Administrator, please contact the Technical Assistance Center at 509-335-5396.
