Frontier has been unable to resolve ongoing billing issues with WSU again this past month.
Accurate data for rebilling departmental customers retroactive to October 11, 2014 for long distance services is still pending.
ITS will update this group regularly until successful resolution of the continuing Frontier
billing issues are reached.
