To all WSU Pullman campus telephone customers:
Information Technology Services (ITS) was unable to resolve in February the billing issues
Accurate data for rebilling departmental customers retroactive to October 11, 2014 for
long distance services is still pending.
ITS experienced a new billing issue with Sprint. Sprint is currently unable to provide data
for January 2015 Calling Card, Toll Free, and CentraNet long distance calls. ITS staff have been
actively working toward resolution of this issue, as well. The expectation is for resolution in
early March 2015, with both January 2015 and February 2015 Calling Card, Toll Free, and CentraNet
long distance calls to be rebilled on the March 2015 statement.
ITS will update this group regularly until successful resolutions are reached.
