To all WSU Pullman campus telephone customers:
In February Information Technology Services (ITS) experienced a new billing issue with Sprint.
Sprint was unable to provide data for January 2015 Calling Card, Toll Free, and CentraNet long
distance calls. By mid-March that ongoing issue included data for February services.
ITS staff have now resolved this issue. Look for both January 2015 and February 2015 Calling Card, Toll Free, and CentraNet long distance calls to appear on the March 2015 statement.
ITS was unable to resolve in March the billing issues with Frontier.
Accurate data for rebilling departmental customers retroactive to October 11, 2014 for
long distance services is still pending.
ITS will update this group regularly until successful resolution of the continuing Frontier
billing issues is reached.
